I really don´t know whats happening here, but it seems like some smurf was smurfed in smurftown. All smurfs (even Smurfette) are strangly smurfed and look like smurf-addicts.

In this prank we laced our victim's drinks with LSD, let them drive around while the drugs took effect and then had a fake cop stop their car. Once out of their vehicle, we paraded a pink elephant with yellow dots right in front of them but behind the police officer - effectively making them believe we laced their drink with LSD.
