You certainly can't go above his head and complain to his boss because that is the person responsible for promoting him.
You can try to cope with the situation by working harder. But, that will only make you angrier and eventually lead to burnout.
Speak to your new boss as a group, put the problems on the table and offer suggestions. If it's done in a positive non-accusatory way, you stand a chance of changing the situation.
Since it's her habit to trail along, the next time she asks tell her you're calling on a sensitive client who requires TLC and personal attention.
If you don't know something, admit it. But, try to impress them with what you do know.
I'd update my resume so you're ready for any outcome.
Go in knowing that chances are you'll be stumped at some point. But, that doesn't mean you still can't get the job.
Don't let your fear paralyze you. Prepare yourself not only technically, but also emotionally.
